Dr. Zahid H. Ahmed is a California native with advanced expertise in surgical and implant dentistry. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan and completed his residency at UCSF, where he developed a strong foundation in complex surgical care and restorative rehabilitation.
Dr. Ahmed focuses on dental implant surgery, bone grafting, surgical extractions, and comprehensive oral reconstruction. He utilizes modern digital workflows — including CBCT-based 3D planning and guided implant techniques — to ensure precision, safety, and long-term functional stability.
