Our process
Step-by-step approach to your treatment
We start with a conversation about your history, symptoms, and goals.
Technology & Approach
We use digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and detailed periodontal charting to track changes in your gums and bone level over time. This lets us show you where things are healthy, where we need to watch closely, and where additional support — such as localized deep cleaning, medication, or bone grafting with our implant and oral surgery partners — might be helpful.

We start with a conversation about your history, symptoms, and goals.
Gum examination and measurements
We carefully check your gums, measure pocket depths, and review any X-rays or photos together so you can see what we see.
Comfort preparation
If needed, we use a numbing gel or local anaesthetic so you stay comfortable while we clean above and below the gums.
Therapeutic cleaning
We clean above and below the gums, removing plaque and tartar from root surfaces and flushing out areas where bacteria hide.
Review and home care coaching
Once everything is cleaned and the areas are flushed, we review what we found, fine-tune your home care routine, and set an appropriate maintenance interval — often every 3–4 months — so we can keep things stable over time.
