Our process
Step-by-step approach to your treatment
Technology & Approach
We use modern digital imaging and 3D planning to evaluate bone, position implants precisely, and design a denture that fits your smile, face, and bite. This planning helps us reduce surprises and keep you more comfortable throughout your care.
1. Consultation & Evaluation
45–60 minutesWe review your medical and dental history, examine your mouth, and take X-rays or 3D scans to assess bone levels and gum health. Together we discuss your goals, current difficulties with dentures, and what implant-supported dentures could change for you.
2. Treatment Planning
Behind-the-scenes planningUsing your scans and photos, we plan the number and position of implants needed, discuss timing and costs, and create a clear treatment plan that fits your anatomy, health, and goals.
3. Implant Placement
Usually 60–90 minutesOn the day of placement, we numb the area fully and place the small titanium implants in the planned positions. In some cases, a temporary denture can be adjusted to work with the healing implants.
4. Healing Period
Several weeks to a few monthsThe implants and bone fuse together in a process called osseointegration. We provide clear instructions on comfort, cleaning, and diet, and see you back for follow-ups to monitor healing.
5. Denture Design & Fitting
1–2 visitsOnce the implants are stable, we design your custom implant-supported denture. At the final visit, we attach the denture to the implants and make adjustments so speaking and chewing feel natural and comfortable.
6. Follow-Up & Maintenance
OngoingWe see you regularly to clean around the implants, check the denture attachments, monitor your bite, and maintain the long-term health of your implants and surrounding tissues.

Prefer a non-surgical option?
When traditional dentures might make more sense
If you want a removable, non-surgical, and more budget-friendly option, traditional complete or partial dentures may be a better fit. They restore appearance and function without implants, and are often a great choice for patients who prefer to avoid surgery or whose health, bone levels, or goals make a simpler option more appropriate.

When All-on-X might be a better fit
If you are looking for a completely fixed, non-removable solution for a full arch of missing teeth, All-on-X full-arch implants may provide the highest level of stability and chewing power without any removal.

When single implants make more sense
If you are missing just one tooth or a few teeth rather than a full arch, single dental implants can restore those areas while preserving more of your natural teeth and bite.
